Most problems we see come from networks set up years ago and never revisited. We document what's there, fix what's broken, and keep it running.

Internet access that stays up. We specify, provision, and monitor broadband, leased lines, and failover connections.

FTTP, SOGEA, leased lines, 4G/5G backup, SD-WAN where it makes sense. We work with multiple carriers and handle fault management directly — so you don't chase providers when something breaks.

Unified Communications

Phone systems, video conferencing, and messaging that work together. Microsoft Teams calling, SIP trunks, hosted or on-premise PBX — whatever suits your organisation.

We handle number porting, handset provisioning, call recording where required, and ongoing support. The goal is reliable voice and video without the complexity.

Mobility

Business mobiles, managed properly. We supply, configure, and support phones and tablets for your workforce.

MDM enrolment through Intune or similar. Security policies enforced. SIM contracts with pooled data. Device lifecycle from provisioning to remote wipe.

Security

Protecting systems, data, and users from threats. We implement the practical controls that reduce risk without paralysing the business.

Endpoint detection and response. Email filtering and anti-phishing. MFA and conditional access. Patch management. Backup with tested recovery.

For organisations that need it, we support Cyber Essentials certification and advise on compliance. We're not a consultancy — but we know how to defend an SME properly.

Digital Transformation

Moving from legacy systems to modern platforms. Usually Microsoft 365, Azure, or both.

We're cautious about this term. For us it means practical improvements: replacing a file server with SharePoint, moving email to Exchange Online, consolidating disconnected tools into something coherent.
