- Founded in Leicester as a telecoms and IT support provider for local SMEs.
- 2008
- Expanded into managed services, taking on full IT responsibility for clients without in-house teams.
- 2015
- Moved to Consort House, De Montfort Place — our current Leicester city centre office.
- 2019
- Achieved Cyber Essentials certification; became a Microsoft Partner.
- 2024
- Still here. Still answering the phone. Still fixing things properly.
